Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its Commercial & Industrial portfolio in Canada. The role can be remotely based in BC, with regular in-person travel required to visit clients and team members across BC and other provinces.

You will oversee a diverse team delivering energy efficiency programs with strong client engagement and KPIs. You will drive program strategy, forecasting, and tool development while ensuring financial performance and successful contract execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale programs in the Commercial & Industrial sector.
• Experience managing P&L of at least $5M.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of energy efficiency programs with P&L responsibility.
• Oversee program delivery, cost management, and performance tracking.
• Manage a team of 10–30 staff with 4–7 direct reports; coordinate cross-functional work.
• Travel regularly (monthly) within Canada to client offices or sites; escalate issues as needed.
