Job summary

CMC Energy Services, Inc. seeks a Program Support Manager to oversee the operations of the Program Support function across multiple energy efficiency programs in Pennsylvania.

You will supervise invoicing, financial processing, and subcontractor data, mentor staff, ensure timely processing and contract compliance, and provide escalation support on building science questions. Qualifications

• 7–10 years of strong managerial experience in residential energy efficiency programs or related field.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain industry certifications (BPI, BSP) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Support function's administrative processes across all programs, ensuring teams execute strategies to meet client goals.
• Oversee processing of expenses, invoices, and data; ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Coach and mentor direct reports; manage performance evaluations and development.
• Oversee subcontractor/technician data; ensure work is completed timely and per program requirements.
• Provide escalation support for building-science and program-eligibility questions.
• Maintain and update SOPs and transition plans when programs or requirements change.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and lead automation projects for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Program Delivery and Management to align workload and priorities.
