Job summary

Power TakeOff seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive pilots from discovery through scale, coordinating Client Success, Portfolio Management, Program Delivery, Product, Analytics and Marketing. You will translate energy data into actionable insights for utility clients and guide the program to measurable outcomes that support future scale.

You will lead collaborative sessions with senior stakeholders, manage risks, and shape strategic recommendations while ensuring a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs from concept through launch and scale.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience as technical PM or PMP.
• Experience in utilities, energy analytics, or a data-intensive B2B environment; strong client-facing track record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the utility partner’s primary point of contact and internal advocate.
• Lead pilots end-to-end from opportunity to scale with cross-functional teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and define success criteria before pilots begin.
• Develop scalable playbooks, SOPs, and training to replicate pilots across clients.
