Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and managing complex programs in energy efficiency or related regulated industry.
• 5+ years leading teams with delivery outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong knowledge of program design, delivery models, and regulatory frameworks.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve program frameworks, procedures, and quality standards.
• Partner with Directors to align priorities and ensure coordinated execution.
• Design operational strategies to improve resource allocation and delivery quality.
• Analyze performance trends to inform strategic adjustments and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage client relationships for long-term partnership success.
• Lead contract management to ensure budgets and savings goals are met.
