Job summary

Copper is seeking an Energy Products Program Manager to guide pilots and energy programs from scheduling to installation and dispatch. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, maintaining clear documentation and project milestones while partnering with Engineering and Product to align on product roadmaps.

This hands-on role requires coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and surfacing risks early.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, operations, or execution-focused roles.
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at running meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of pilots and programs; track status and blockers.
• Be the primary operational contact for partners and support installations in person.
• Prepare and run recurring program meetings with clear notes and action items.
• Maintain program documentation and reporting for clear status updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product across the development lifecycle; surface risks early.
• Translate technical requirements between engineering and external stakeholders.
