Job summary

Meta is seeking a Principal Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of its energy infrastructure investments. This role coordinates governance, cross-functional teams, and external partnerships to deliver billions in funded capacity on time and within budget.

You will manage delivery across DEC, Corporate Development, Site Selection, Legal, Finance, and partner ecosystems, ensuring rigorous tracking and risk management while scaling the program for future investments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in program management within energy infrastructure or large-scale capital projects.
• Experience managing complex multi-billion-dollar programs with external partners.
• Experience with utilities and independent power producers partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of energy infrastructure lifecycles—permitting, interconnection, construction, commissioning.
• Financial literacy: budgets, forecasting, variance reporting.
• Ability to build governance frameworks and operating cadences.
• Strategic thinker with executive stakeholder influence.
• Excellent communication of program status to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management of Meta's energy infrastructure investment portfolio.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, master schedules, milestone trackers.
• Drive predictable delivery with stage-gate processes and escalation paths.
• Monitor program health: cost, schedule, risk, interdependencies; provide insights.
• Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and operate governance framework for Energy Infrastructure Investments pillar.
• Establish operating rhythms and executive reporting cadences.
• Maintain program dashboards and board-ready materials.
• Partner with Finance/Accounting on capital deployment and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Legal on contracts and regulatory milestones.
