Job summary

RW Thrive is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Technology to unify complex software initiatives across education technology platforms and deliver measurable results. This remote role supports leadership in driving delivery discipline and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience managing complex technology programs.
• Experience managing action registers, backlogs, and integrated schedules.
• Experience running release-readiness or stage-gate processes with exit criteria.
• Proficiency with SQL or strong BI/spreadsheet skills to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into executable program plans with owners and milestones.
• Build and manage integrated delivery schedules across multiple programs.
• Own and maintain the action register as the single source of truth.
• Establish delivery governance cadence, monitor progress, escalate risks as needed.
• Define and manage release gates with clear criteria and accountable decision-makers.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight to support leadership decision-making.
• Evaluate resource capacity and adjust allocations to meet delivery commitments.
• Lead program management standards, processes, and reporting practices.
