Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with 1 year disability services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years disability services experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 7 years disability services experience; strong contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate on the Employment Services Team to develop short- and long-term employment plans aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Identify, apply for, procure and fulfill grants, contracts, and funding sources.
• Ensure compliance, budgeting, reporting, and external agency relations across programs.
