Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Program Manager for Intern Experience to own the day-to-day operations of the internship lifecycle, including onboarding, cohort events, mentorship, and offboarding across multiple sites. This execution-first role uses established playbooks while expanding scope as ownership grows.

You will coordinate program calendars, logistics, vendor engagement, and communications, monitor metrics, and serve as the primary operational contact for interns, managers, and mentors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project-management experience in talent acquisition or HR programs.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of a defined program or workstream.
• Demonstrated use of data and metrics to report on program health and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to give clear status updates and elevate issues with context.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of intern experience programming across the internship lifecycle: onboarding, cohort events, mentorship touchpoints, development sessions, and offboarding.
• Execute against established plans, timelines, and templates; manage program calendars, logistics, vendor coordination, and communications.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, tracking, and reporting in a timely manner.
• Coordinate across Blue Origin sites including our main sites in Kent, Huntsville, Cape Canaveral, as well as satellite offices to deliver a consistent intern experience.
