Vitalant is seeking a Remote Donor Outreach Coordinator to connect with donors, schedule appointments, and drive lifesaving blood donations from a home office. The role requires residing within 30 miles of listed locations, including Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable meeting performance targets.
• Reliable internet and home office setup.
• Experience in call center or outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current, past, and potential donors in a quiet, distraction free, home office space (required).
• Schedule donation appointments for blood drives and donor centers (Around 90% of time is spent on calls).
• Build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Encourage donors to continue supporting lifesaving causes
• Maintain accurate donor information and appointment details
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals and metrics
• Work collaboratively in a supportive remote team environment
