Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, Florida seeks a Manager Programs 1 to lead the E-2D Fleet Sustainment IPT. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities include cultivating customer relationships, developing opportunities, and guiding proposals and contract negotiations. Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience is required; travel up to 25% and ability to obtain a US Secret security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience; MS preferred.
• 6+ years in project/program management or related roles.
• Experience leading diverse technical teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet objectives and milestones.
• Cultivate customer relationships and develop new opportunities.
• Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs and support capture efforts.
• Establish program organization and baselines; track risks.
