Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a program manager to oversee cost, schedule, and performance of programs within the E-2D Production IPT, leading cross-functional teams to manage contract cost, schedule and technical performance while shaping program requirements.

This onsite role in Melbourne, FL requires establishing program structures, maintaining baselines, and communicating with customers. Travel up to 50% and potential bonuses are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Master’s degree and 8 years) of related experience as defined in the posting.
• Related experience includes project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and business management functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leading and directing cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
• Establishing a program organization to address customer requirements and sub-organizations.
• Managing program baselines and master plans, and reporting performance to stakeholders.
