Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with at least 9 years of related experience or Master's degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
• Experience in proposal writing and estimating.
• Hands-on knowledge of IPT/Program Management processes (CAM, EVMS, planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management).
• Active US Government Secret Clearance or higher (with recent background check).
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and oversee development of test documentation.
• Mentor teams and manage EVM for work packages and subsystems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for alignment on schedules and costs.
• Provide program performance reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support proposal activity and task/statement-of-work development.
