Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or HS diploma with 9 years.
• Minimum 6 years of E2D aircraft maintenance experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at start.
• Strong communication skills with PPT, Excel, Word, Teams.
• Willing to obtain TS/SCI after start.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily planning, scheduling, operations for NGC FSR team at NAS Patuxent River.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for E-2D in flight/test ops.
• Ensure accurate status reporting to other NGC entities.
• Support audits and program inspections for contract compliance.
• Manage up to 10 FSRs including training and performance ratings.
• Occasional first/second shift and weekend coverage.
