Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Director, Programs 1 to lead a restricted RF capabilities program on the Strike Program from our Melbourne, FL site. This in-person role follows a 9/80 work schedule and requires an active in-scope DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance to start.

The program leader will oversee all lifecycle phases from capture to closeout, directing cross-functional IPTs and managing cost, schedule and technical performance to meet program objectives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below
• 3 years in program or project leadership roles
• P&L within integrated program team or CAM experience
• An active US Government Secret level or higher clearance (with background investigation completed within last 6 years) and ability to obtain SAP clearance in reasonable time

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the program life cycle from inception to closeout
• Manage quality, cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Direct cross-functional IPTs and supplier management
• Deliver integrated financial results including EAC and forecast accuracy and EVM
