Job summary

Chartis Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as on-site Contract Manager for the National Guard Bureau Staff Action Support Services contract in Arlington, VA. You will provide senior-level tasking, workflow leadership, and oversee SOP development and continuity of ExecSec processes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of executive staff support in DoD/federal settings, experience briefing senior leaders, and a PMP certification. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting executive-level staff operations in DoD or federal HQ.
• Experience developing SOPs and continuity standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration, Public Policy, Economics, or Marketing (preferred).
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Contract Manager and coordinate with the COR.
• Manage ExecSec tasks via ETS and determine staffing requirements.
• Screen tasks, establish suspense dates, and provide staffing guidance.
• Review completed products for format, quality, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and continuity standards for data handling.
• Provide status updates to leadership and agencies on request.
• Facilitate monthly synchronization meetings with Workflow Managers.
