Job summary

Clark Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a team supporting the National Guard Bureau Domestic Operations Directorate. The selected candidate will provide contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, and execution management for domestic operations programs.

The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, DoD program management, and the ability to interact with General Officers and Senior Executive Service personnel.
