Astrion is seeking a Journeyman Program Manager to support the Air Traffic System Branch at Hanscom AFB, MA. Must hold an Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship.

The role focuses on acquisition management, policy compliance, and program reporting within a DoD context. Responsibilities include providing acquisition support, developing leadership briefings, and coordinating with IPT leads to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery of warfighter capabilities.

Qualificações

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, 3 of which must be in the DoD OR 8 years in the DoD with 5 in the DoD.

Responsabilidades

• Provide program-level acquisition support to PM and IPT Leads to ensure disciplined execution, acquisition battle rhythm, and delivery of warfighter capability.
• Advise program leadership on program health and options to maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Interpret, coordinate, and execute acquisition project assignments; identify and resolve issues with significant impact to acquisition and sustainment efforts.
• Monitor and assess program integration plans and interface control between systems.
• Develop, prepare, and review acquisition reports and briefings for senior leadership.
