Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for the Digital Technology PMO, based in Richardson, TX, with hybrid work options. You will oversee the Prime program, coordinating with RTX and Collins leaders to align governance across units and deliver multi-faceted projects.

You will manage scope, schedule, risk, and financials, and lead teams through complex delivery, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and strong governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to travel 25% of the time.
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio.
• Drive processes and meeting cadences for scope management, risk and opportunity management, financial reporting, technical reviews, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications across the portfolio.
• You will manage the program financials by working with controllers, financial analysts and functional leads across Digital Technology.
• You will partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and development of integrated schedules and milestone commitments.
• You will lead teams to development and implement effective risk mitigations and issue resolution.
• You will lead teams to develop effective stakeholder communications.
