Curtiss-Wright's Target Rock unit in East Farmingdale, NY seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead the Defense Valves program, driving profit, schedule, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee cross-functional teams including project engineers, QA, planners and procurement, ensuring orders booking and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• US citizen and able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
• MBA or related business degree preferred.
• Experience leading defense programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Defense Valves Product Line programs.
• Direct ownership of 20% of the business unit's annual P&L.
• Report financial metrics to senior management (income, sales, cashflow).
• Create and distribute program documentation and reports (sales plan, schedules).
• Establish and monitor budgets; develop contingency plans as needed.
• Support RFQ/ITB processes and contract terms reviews.
• Interface with customers; schedule audits and provide progress reports.
• Travel to customer and supplier sites as required for program execution.
• Proactively identify risks and deploy contingency plans."
• Escalate concerns to upper management as needed.
