Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Program Manager to lead Naval Pump Programs, ensuring on-time delivery of complex electromechanical assemblies for US Navy submarine construction. You will manage a cross-functional IPT including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Test, Supply Chain, and Contracts.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in Program/Project Management for electromechanical assemblies.
• Experience in financial forecasting and risk management (EAC, schedule).
• Strong customer relationship building and communication.
• Knowledge of Government contracting requirements.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DOD security clearance.
• Lean and/or Six-Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPT teams to meet cost, schedule, technical, and quality commitments.
• Interface with shipyard customers and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain integrated master schedule.
• Develop project budgets and forecast, present financial performance to leadership.
• Manage risks and resolve critical issues; travel as needed.
