Job summary

Curtiss-Wright EMD in Cheswick, PA is seeking a Project Manager to lead schedules and budgets on assigned projects, serving as the primary customer contact. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, planning, and finance to address project actions and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project management, strong communication skills, PMP certification, and familiarity with MS Project and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred or equivalent
• 5+ years of project management or leadership experience
• Experience with Microsoft Project and ERP systems is preferred
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is a plus
• Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and procedures

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and control Project Work Plan execution to meet technical, cost and schedule objectives
• Lead project meetings and monitor progress toward objectives
• Maintain effective customer communications and address requirements and expectations
• Review and control project cost and certify Estimate at Complete dates
• Develop and monitor the Project Risk Management Plan and coordinate with sourcing for materials
