Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience or Master’s degree and 8 years as defined.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Ability to develop and manage schedules for a major program.
• Knowledge of business and financial concepts applied to program decisions.
• Active US Government Secret or higher clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of projects and budgets.
• Management of program cost, schedule, performance, quality, and suppliers.
• Coordinate proposals, business plans, and contract terms.
• Participate in contract negotiations and budget/schedule milestones.
• Create, review and finalize the program Statement of Work.
• Cultivate customer relationships to develop further opportunities.
• Develop and adhere to master plans and schedules.
• Conduct risk and opportunity management including mitigation and realization.
• Ensure all contractual technical requirements are met.
• Establish a program organization addressing requirements and sub-organizations.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Measure and report program performance.
• Deliver presentations to customers and executive management.
• Identify, distribute, track, and complete program requirements.
• Establish and manage baselines and budgets with EVMS or similar.
• Identify, allocate and manage program resources and workforce planning.
• Manage Government/customer supplied property or information.
• Manage suppliers to meet program objectives.
• Adhere to internal processes, policies, and industry standards.
• Ensure scope alignment and manage changes through the change control process.
