Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics seeks a Manager Programs 3 to join the RQ-4 Program Management Team in Rancho Bernardo, CA. The role supports the Autonomous ISR and Targeting Business Unit, overseeing cost, schedule, and performance across a portfolio of RQ-4 and related programs.

Hybrid telework may be accommodated. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience (or a Master’s with 8 years), strong EVM background, and an active US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience or Master’s degree and 8 years.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Ability to develop and manage schedules for a major program.
• Active US Government Secret or higher clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of projects and budgets.
• Management of program cost, schedule, performance, quality, and suppliers.
• Coordinate proposals, baselines, and financial terms of contracts.
• Negotiate contracts and changes; manage program risks and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Deliver presentations to customers and executive management.
