Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years related experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years related experience.
• Experience in project management, program management, engineering leadership, capture efforts, proposals, and/or business management functions.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Ability to develop and manage schedules for a major project or program.
• Knowledge of business and financial concepts, tools and processes for program decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects and budgets.
• Manage program cost, schedule, performance, quality, and suppliers.
• Coordinate proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts, contract changes, budgets, schedules, and terms.
• Create and finalize the program Statement of Work.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet program objectives.
• Measure and report program performance and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Maintain program baselines and budgets using EVM.
