Qualifications

  • Ability to develop and manage schedules for a major project or program.
  • Knowledge of business and financial concepts, tools and processes for program decisions.

This position will support our Autonomous Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting Business Unit in the Global Surveillance Division. The position will be based in our Rancho Bernardo, CA office and may be able to accommodate a hybrid telework schedule.This leadership role will be for the deputy PM under the Triton Sustainment Business Area for the Sustaining Engineering and Support IV (SES IV) and support the responsibility of managing the cost, schedule and performance of a segment of overall portfolio efforts. This position may also be responsible for proposal, baselining, development, and sustainment efforts to support program needs.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Ownership of projects and budgetsManagement of program cost, schedule, performance, quality, and suppliersCoordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.Participating in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, schedule milestones, and key terms and conditions.Creation, review and finalization of the program Statement of WorkCultivating customer relationships and intimacy to develop further opportunities within the customer communityDevelopment and adherence to master plans and schedulesConducting thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realizationEnsuring all contractual technical requirements are metEstablishing a program organization that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external sub-organizationsLeading and directing cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectivesMeasuring and reporting program performanceDelivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholdersIdentification, distribution, tracking, and completion of program requirementsEstablishment and management of the program and subordinate baselinesDevelopment and adherence to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies and toolsIdentifying, allocating and managing program resources, including workforce planningManaging Government/customer supplied property or information (GFE, CFE, etc.)Managing suppliers to meet program objectives.Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standardsEnsuring program team understands and adheres to contract scope, and manages change through control board activitiesWe offer flexible work arrangements, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a diverse team environment. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
