Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Engineering with focus on Manufacturing Technology or Mechanical Engineering and 10 years of experience.
• Bachelors degree in related field with 15 years of experience in lieu of a Masters.
• Experience in the manufacturing and machining industry with increasing responsibility in technical applications and supervisory areas.
• Experience managing multiple programs with multi-organizational teams is desired.
• Experience with Department of Defense involvement is preferred.
• Strong leadership, detail orientation, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Willing to travel and engage with customers and partners.
• Preferred experience in hypersonic technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership for selected programs and ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and oversee SOW, cost proposals, and project timelines.
• Identify project teams and supervise members to deliver results.
• Act as first-line interface with customers and manage communications and information exchange.
• Ensure monthly reporting and contribute to strategic planning.
• Identify new sources for program management opportunities and potential follow-on work.
• Coordinate with alliance partners and oversee project progress and reviews.
