• Experience in manufacturing/machining and supervisory roles.
• Experience managing multi-team programs and interfacing with DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for customer initiatives and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee program scope, SOW, cost proposals, timelines, and staffing.
• Interface with customers and DoD representatives; report monthly progress.
• Identify new program opportunities and supervise team members.
