Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; graduate degree with at least 10 years; or 16 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability for SCI.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage preparation of proposals and specifications of contracts for maintenance, aircraft requirements, and configuration paperwork.
• Analyze bids and assist in development of deliverables, schedules, and the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program maintenance activities and lead program reviews to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive all phases of aircraft requirements and modification installation planning and execution.
• Lead program planning to achieve orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and cash flow goals.
• Participate in contract negotiations and contract changes.
• Collaborate with technical, manufacturing, and admin functions to identify improvements.
