Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX, seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management, to establish and maintain multiple projects for proprietary modification programs. You will oversee aircraft requirements, schedules, and contractual obligations, serving as primary customer contact and driving cost, schedule, and technical performance outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or graduate degree with extensive related experience and an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of related experience.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability for SCI

Responsibilities

• Direct and manages preparation of proposals, and specifications of contract for periodic maintenance, aircraft requirements, and other aircraft configuration paperwork.
• Analyze bids, assist in development of deliverables, schedule, and SOW.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program.
• Act as primary customer contact for program maintenance activities and lead program review sessions.
• Drive all phases of aircraft requirements and modification installation planning and execution from inception through completion.
• Drive program planning to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow.
• Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
• Collaborate with technical, manufacturing, and administrative teams to identify process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of coworkers, management, and customer.
