Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead cost, schedule and technical performance for E-2D programs on site in Melbourne, FL. You will direct cross-functional IPTs, manage baselines and budgets, and serve as a key liaison with customers and management.

Strong background in program management, engineering and business processes is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience or Master's with 8 years.
• Background in project/program management, engineering, capture or business management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical goals.
• Measure and report program performance using EVMS and metrics.
• Develop and maintain program baselines and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets, milestones and terms.
• Deliver presentations to customers and executive management.
