Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years’ experience or Master's with 8 years’ experience; STEM path reduces by 1 year.
• Related experience includes program management, engineering, capture support, and leadership roles.
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 25% and to obtain/maintain US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost, schedule and technical performance of programs within the E-2D Fleet Sustainment IPT.
• Cultivate customer relationships and develop opportunities within the customer community.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet program objectives and measure performance.
• Develop budgets, baselines and ensure adherence using EVM or equivalent.
• Present status and negotiate terms with customers and stakeholders.
