Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation seeks a Sr Program Manager to lead a DoD program from planning through delivery, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance success. The role requires mastery of EVMS, CAM, FAR, CAS and strong stakeholder engagement in a DoD context.

Location is Centennial, Colorado with responsibilities spanning budgets, schedules, risk, and IPT leadership. Active Top Secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years in program management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years in program management.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience with EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR and CAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of a DoD program from planning to delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and technical performance.
• Interface with engineering, finance, and operations; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver program reviews and reports.
