Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a senior program leader to own a large-scale data modernization and insurance transformation initiative in Indianapolis. You will set the program charter, establish governance, and coordinate executive sponsors, business owners, and technology leaders to align with enterprise strategy.

You will drive milestone planning, risk management, and funding controls while ensuring regulatory and contractual obligations are met across multiple workstreams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale data modernization or enterprise reporting programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, business, and vendors.
• Strong track record in governance, RAID, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program charter, objectives, and success criteria for modernization.
• Establish and run governance structures – steering committees and boards.
• Serve as primary contact for executive sponsors, business owners, and tech leaders.
• Ensure alignment with strategy, architecture standards, and compliance.
• Break down program into projects, milestones, and sprints; manage dependencies.
• Drive release and cutover planning with mock runs and freeze windows.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and vendor constraints; maintain risk registers.
• Own program financials: estimates, budget tracking, staffing plans, change requests.
• Ensure SLAs, SOWs, deliverables are met and documented; socialize progress.
• Build relations with data, analytics, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and align migration priorities.
• Provide status reporting: executive dashboards and PMO/technical leads updates.
