Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data analytics, telecommunications, or related field.
• Active PMP certification.
• 10+ years in a Program Manager/Project Manager role.
• Experience managing large-scale Federal program support contracts with contract/financial performance oversight.
• Experience with multi-state or national public safety communications projects.
• Hands-on experience in data, cloud, or analytics solutions with production systems.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or generative AI solutions.
• Experience leading technical solutioning for Federal proposals or client engagements.
• Experience managing and developing teams with performance management.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior Federal leaders and stakeholders across the program.
• Oversee the BPA and call orders, interfacing with CORs and COs for coordinated execution.
• Manage a diverse portfolio spanning public safety, data analytics, telecommunications engineering, and network investment support.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure delivery quality and BPA objectives.
• Manage financial health of the BPA portfolio including scope, funding, burn rates, forecasts, and staffing.
• Lead call order capture and response strategies with Business Development.
• Shape partnerships and manage subcontractor performance to meet commitments.
• Develop and evolve the practice’s service offerings, reusable frameworks, and standards.
• Lead technical solutioning for client engagements and new business pursuits.
• Develop and mentor technical and program staff; support recruiting.
