Job summary

Corner Alliance is seeking a Data and Analytics Program Manager to oversee analytics projects across the federal portfolio, ensuring data products meet mission needs, quality standards, and delivery timelines. You’ll partner with Technology & Innovation and Growth leaders to support business development and contribute to internal AI initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, US citizenship or permanent residency, and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing or leading analytics, reporting, or data-driven programs
• Experience leading multidisciplinary analytics teams and overseeing scope, schedule, and delivery
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to briefing senior government leadership and translating analytics into executive-ready insights
• Experience supporting federal government programs or large, multi-stakeholder initiatives

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact with government leadership for analytics initiatives
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery across multiple analytics projects including budgets and schedules
• Direct multidisciplinary analytics teams to deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics products
• Monitor delivery quality, client satisfaction, and escalate risks early
• Oversee resource planning and staffing alignment with project needs and budgets
• Establish governance, quality standards, and documentation for analytics deliverables
• Translate complex analytics findings into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Support sales and capture as data analytics lead on select pursuits
• Build and maintain relationships with client and agency stakeholders to support growth
