Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead defined subsystems and coordinate across engineering, logistics, and financial teams.

Responsibilities include developing plans and execution strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time deliverables. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in program management with government/industry familiarity, plus US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or related field required.
• PM certification, PMP or degree in Program Management or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related experience with Government or Industry.
• Familiarity with packaging, kit and shipping MIL-STD preferred.
• Must be a US citizen; ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform project/technical management for assigned subsystem(s).
• Apply and correlate knowledge across engineering, logistics, and financial management to achieve project execution within cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Develop and propose project plans, budgets, and execution strategy.
• Coordinate workflow with supply chain, production teams, vendors, and logistic manager to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide status and decision information on project issues to higher management.
• Ensure timely submission of all reports and deliverables.
