Job summary

RELX Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and Project Analysts, coordinating cross-functional efforts across market verticals, product, engineering, testing, and legal.

The role drives a portfolio of projects to completion, developing roadmaps and schedules, while aligning with the Product Development process. The candidate will manage multiple strategic projects, leveraging strong governance and stakeholder management to ensure on-time, within-budget deliveries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT PMO experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required.
• Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required

Responsibilities

• Represent Engineering Project Management in cross-functional teams and operate as an SME in their portfolio.
• Oversee Project Managers with moderate to complex projects.
• Manage and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations.
• Empower staff to be accountable for their actions and decisions.
• Manage highly complex projects and some moderate projects each year.
• Review resource allocation for projects and portfolios.
