Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management or program management experience.
• Experience in Financial Crime Compliance, financial services, risk management, or related industries preferred.
• Experience supporting client-facing projects and implementations preferred.
• Exposure to pre-sales and/or post-sales environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear, outcome-focused communication across all project stakeholders.
• Gather, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Lead project delivery from initiation through completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans across multiple workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery.
