Job summary

UnitedMasters Translation in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead complex client programs; four days in-office and one day remote.

You will own scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery systems, coordinating internal and external meetings through the program lifecycle. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage talent allocations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with the client strategy and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Experience leading calls with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, experiential and/or social.
• Fluent with Google Suite (Sheets and Slides).

Responsibilities

• Own scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery systems for programs ranging from complex to simple.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings through the program lifecycle.
• Lead Tier 2 work with Business Supervisor; partner with BD/BS on Tier 1 as program lead.
• Manage talent allocations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop understanding of the client's business and audience demographics.
