Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative agency or similar communications environment.
• Experience leading calls with cross-functional agency teams and interfacing with clients.
• Fluent in Google Sheets and Slides; experience with resource management/workforce planning and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery systems for programs.
• Coordinate internal program activity and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Lead Tier 2 work with the Business Supervisor; partner with BD and BS on Tier 1.
• Schedule and run meetings; manage lifecycle of programs and ensure stakeholder communication.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery aligned with client goals.
