Job summary

UnitedMasters, Inc. is seeking a Business Supervisor to lead day-to-day client partnerships and translate business needs into actionable guidance. This hybrid role requires 4 days in our Brooklyn office and 1 day remote, working with Strategy, Creative, and Program teams to align objectives and deliverables.

You will manage client communications, develop briefs with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring strategic grounding and executional readiness across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in advertising, marketing, consulting, or related client leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and manage day-to-day business communications.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Comms/Media Planning, Production, and Program Management.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications, creative development, and client service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and communication across assigned workstreams.
• Lead routine client meetings, status calls, working sessions, and follow-up communications.
• Translate client needs and objectives into clear direction for internal teams.
• Partner with Strategy, Communications/Media, Creative, and Business Directors to develop briefs.
• Mentor junior team members and support organic growth opportunities.
