Job summary

UnitedMasters, Translation division, seeks a Program Manager to drive complex creative programs from discovery through delivery in Brooklyn, NY. This role blends culture, technology, and storytelling to help brands grow.

You'll own scopes, timelines and budgets, coordinate with Business Leadership and Production, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while advancing integrated ways of working across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative agency or similar environment
• Experience with integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, experiential and/or social
• Experience supporting or leading calls with cross-functional agency teams and clients
• Fluent in Google Suite (Sheets/Slides); experience with resource management and planning tools
• Strong curiosity with an interest in AI tools

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery systems for programs
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and align with key stakeholders
• Deliver strategic and creative deliverables to day-to-day clients
• Manage talent allocations and ensure programs meet on time and on budget
• Coordinate teams and maintain alignment with overarching strategy
• Understand client business, industry, competitors and audience demographics
• Reinforce team processes and maintain documentation and communications
