Qualifications

3+ years in a creative/communications environment
Experience leading cross-functional agency projects
Familiarity with client-facing calls and reporting

Responsibilities

Own scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery systems for programs ranging from complex to simple
Coordinate internal/external meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment across Leadership and Production
Deliver strategic and creative deliverables directly to day-to-day clients and manage contact reports
Manage talent allocations weekly with leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Coordinate internal teams and maintain alignment with overarching engagement strategy
Develop understanding of client business, competitors and audience demographics
Maintain effective team processes and documentation communications
