You will plan, coordinate research and design activities, and drive programs with organizational impact from planning through delivery. This role requires a proven track record delivering complex projects on schedule and budget, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and PM.
• Additional accreditations related to technical expertise are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more large, complex projects or programs from scoping to execution.
• Make authoritative decisions with far-reaching impact on the organization.
• Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment for major programs.
• Develop cross-functional, executive-level recommendations.
• Lead evaluation, prioritization, and performance of programs aligning with priorities.
• Build stakeholder relationships to drive escalation and remove barriers.
• Manage schedules, scope, budget, and resources to deliver on time.
• Represent the organization at functions or conferences as needed.
