Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to maximize the profitability and growth of our product lines through market insights and strategic planning. You will drive pricing, launches, and campaigns while supporting field sales and internal stakeholders.

You will define geographies and market segments, manage margins, and coordinate with R&D, Purchasing, and Operations to deliver successful products and meaningful customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering discipline preferred.
• 5-10 years in marketing, sales, product management, or customer-facing engineering preferred.
• 1-3 years in new product launches preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Define strategic direction for product lines, including target geographies and market segments.
• Implement strategies across field sales and other functions (procurement, manufacturing, etc.).
• Provide technical support for key stakeholders (external and internal).
• Gather customer and competitor intelligence related to the market and product portfolio.
• Manage pricing, costs, and margins of assigned product segments.
• Handle direct sales responsibilities for large opportunities.
• Oversee product development efforts, including focus and features.
• Lead new product launches.
• Prepare business case analyses for new products with R&D, Purchasing, and Operations Management.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns for the product line.
• Manage the bid funnel of quoted projects.
• Lead training for field sales and customers.
