Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs and align multidisciplinary teams to deliver client value.
• Establish program direction and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Mentor and develop staff and contribute to program management excellence.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic guidance to programs.
• Support business development including proposals and client pursuits.
• Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) and professional activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
