Job summary

The role drives project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, balance strategic priorities with detailed execution, and collaborate with ERP/CRM initiatives and IT delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• PMP/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience leading technology/project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation through completion, on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Define scope, deliverables, milestones with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive communication.
• Monitor risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure governance, security, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with vendors and business stakeholders for execution.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption.
