Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking an IT Application Project Manager to lead cross‑functional technology initiatives that support business strategy. You will plan, budget, manage risks, and engage stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery and aligned outcomes.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, experience with ERP/CRM implementations or integrations, SDLC familiarity, and a capability to drive governance in a hybrid delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• PM certification (PMP/PMI-ACP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation to completion, on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive communication and decision making.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure governance, security, and quality standards are met.
• Build partnerships with vendors and business stakeholders for successful execution.
• Support change management, user readiness, and adoption activities.
• Maintain visibility into portfolio while managing detailed project activities.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with organization and accountability.
