Draper Labs in Reston, VA seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of medium to large projects, meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.

Candidates should have EVMS/IMP/IMS and risk/issue management experience, plus a background in government/defense programs. Active security clearance is required. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $275,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan/Schedule (IMP/IMS) and risk/issue management.
• Experience on government or defense programs with direct customer interfaces.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and balance priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance targets are met for medium to large projects.
• Establish performance baselines and resource allocation plans with functional organizations.
• Lead customer communications, reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for supplier management and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities and risks throughout the program lifecycle.
